Salt Water Pines is close to Bethany Boathouse, Mickey’s Crab House, Beach Liquors, Cottage Cafe, Finns Ale House & Raw Bar, Summer Salts Beach Grill, Dunkin Donuts, Walgreens, CVS, and other attractions. Our home features 3 bedrooms, child-resistant, mag-lock sliding doors, gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room, and main bathroom with full-sized, stacked washer and dryer. The family room has a second full laundry room and 2 half-baths. Only 4 steps to the front entrance and a wheel chair ramp to the family room make easy access for elderly and disabled.

Stephens place was perfect for our stay. It was even more than we expected. Location was quiet and close to attractions. The beds were very comfortable, and provided good sleep, which always seems to be a rarity on vacation. Stephen was a wonderful and friendly host and made sure we had everything we could possibly want or need during our stay. I highly recommend this place and im sure my family and i will be returning in the future!

Steve is easily the best Airbnb host we’ve had thus far. He thought of every possible amenity for this house, coffee station, gourmet kitchen plus kitchenette and any kitchen gadget you could want. Fire pit outside plus cozy fireplaces inside that were super easy to operate. Amazing sound system and 3 arcade games that my kids just loved. He is a local area expert and can recommend the best place for anything you may want to do. He really does care about making sure his guests enjoy their stay. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to come in summer when we can use the pool and amenities in the back deck.

We enjoyed our stay at Stephen’s place! The location was unbeatable – just walking distance from the beach, which worked well for us given the heavy July 4th crowd. Both the pool and indoor arcade games were a hit for the kids and adults alike. The house itself was spacious - we were a party of 6 adults +2 kids. It was tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. There’s a TV in almost every room/living space, great sound system, board games galore and did I mention arcade games in the house? 😀 the kitchen was fully equipped with quality appliances. Stephen was a very accommodating host. Well worth the price! We will surely plan to go back!

A lot of thought was put into making this location a nice vacation spot. Not only is the location great as you can walk to get breakfast but at the same time have plenty of privacy. The bathrooms were spotless, the home entertainment system was great. There was a fireplace in almost every room making it very cozy to stay in. Stephen was super helpful when we called although we only needed to call to verify directions. I will definitely be going back when the weather gets warmer.

It was a perfect spot for multiple groups and my daughter felt like she had the best spot in the back room with all the games and her own bathroom. Stephen was great, super responsive to any questions, and gave us quite the entertainment while removing a wasp nest that showed up overnight.

My family and I completely enjoyed our stay. Plenty of private sleeping room and fully stocked kitchen. The ability to have the kids enjoy games and private space while the adults had theirs was amazing (great layout) and felt at home. Stephens recommendation for Mikeys crabhouse was spot on. Enjoyed a summer weekend at Stephen’s house with family. Stephen clearly put a lot of time and effort into designing a fun and relaxing home. He was super responsive and friendly. The kitchen and other common areas are perfectly set up for 5-6 adults to enjoy each others company without getting in each others way. It’s a 3-4 min drive to the Bethany Boardwalk and there’s a couple cute ice cream stores at the end of the street. Also, while we didn’t have kids or folks with accessibility needs, the house is well equipped for groups with those needs. I was especially impressed that the entire home was wheelchair-friendly.

What a great space to hang out after a day at the beach or during a rainy day. The pool was a lot of fun. The deck was spacious and relaxing. The video games and karaoke were a real treat. Stephen was easily available and very responsive. Beds were super comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Wow! This house was AMAZING! Better than the pictures. The host, Stephen was helpful & available. We had so much fun at this house and the amenities were amazing. Beach chairs, an umbrella & pool toys available! Top notch grill & smoker free to use. Water purification system so no need for water bottles. Surround sound throughout the house and tons of useful technology throughout. Bikes available for a 5 minute bike for the beach. Walking takes about 7-10 minutes. <5 minute drive. Walk to dinner, drinks, ice cream & minigolf within 5 minutes. Great stay! Will definitely be back.
